Our 97th Season

CVLT’s 97th Season brings you a vibrant blend of hilarious comedies, gripping dramas, and powerful musicals here in the Theatre District of Chagrin Falls. This season promises an emotional journey for every theatre lover, beginning with the madcap, Tony Award-winning screwball comedy Ken Ludwig’s Lend Me a Tenor, followed by the breathtaking family-friendly epic Anastasia: The Musical, which transports viewers from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of 1920s Paris. The new year kicks off with the ultimate comedy-thriller, Ira Levin’s Deathtrap, a “devilishly clever” play filled with suspense and startling twists. As spring arrives, CVLT is proud to present a critically acclaimed global sensation (which we can’t announce the title of until September!) The summer heats up with the third chapter of Neil Simon’s acclaimed autobiographical trilogy, Broadway Bound, a poignant and humorous look at family and ambition, and closes with the high-energy, dance-filled movie adaptation Footloose.

Audition

Chagrin Valley Little Theatre depends on volunteer talent for all of its plays each season. Our auditions are open to anyone with an interest in performing in community theater. Age ranges, experience levels and other requirements change from production to production, so keep your eyes on us – you just may be the one we’re looking for!
